Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments du paysage, bien que discrets ou invisibles, constituent des risques majeurs pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement du territoire, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des habitants et la planification urbaine des communes concern\u00e9es.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=\u00a0\u00bbstretch_row\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1758984815095{background-color: #ded6cc !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Comprendre les risques : instabilit\u00e9s, effondrements et \u00e9boulements<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\"><strong>Les carri\u00e8res souterraines sont des vides artificiels cr\u00e9\u00e9s par l\u2019extraction de pierre<\/strong>, notamment au XIXe et d\u00e9but XXe si\u00e8cle. Abandonn\u00e9es depuis longtemps, elles peuvent aujourd\u2019hui provoquer des effondrements ou des tassements du sol, parfois brutaux, notamment en cas de fortes pluies, de vibrations ou d\u2019urbanisation mal ma\u00eetris\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\"><strong>Les falaises, quant \u00e0 elles, sont des formations naturelles situ\u00e9es en bordure de coteaux ou de plateaux calcaires.<\/strong> Elles peuvent \u00eatre sujettes \u00e0 des \u00e9boulements rocheux, glissements de terrain ou chutes de blocs, avec des cons\u00e9quences potentiellement graves pour les habitations, infrastructures et personnes situ\u00e9es en contrebas ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\"><strong>Ces al\u00e9as g\u00e9otechniques sont reconnus dans les Plans de Pr\u00e9vention des Risques<\/strong> (PPR), notamment les PPRM (Plans de Pr\u00e9vention des Risques Miniers) et les PPRN (Plans de Pr\u00e9vention des Risques Naturels), qui doivent \u00eatre pris en compte dans les projets d\u2019am\u00e9nagement.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">L\u2019urbanisme face aux risques de carri\u00e8res et de falaises<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Pour les communes concern\u00e9es, ces risques imposent des contraintes sp\u00e9cifiques d\u2019urbanisme. Il est imp\u00e9ratif de :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Identifier et cartographier les zones \u00e0 risque \u00e0 l\u2019aide de diagnostics g\u00e9otechniques,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Adapter les documents d\u2019urbanisme (PLU, cartes communales, etc.) en cons\u00e9quence,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Informer les populations et les porteurs de projets des risques existants,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Encadrer les autorisations d\u2019urbanisme dans les zones \u00e0 al\u00e9as mod\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 fort,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Int\u00e9grer ces risques dans les d\u00e9marches de planification, notamment en amont des projets de construction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\"><strong>En l\u2019absence de prise en compte des risques li\u00e9s aux carri\u00e8res et aux falaises, les cons\u00e9quences peuvent \u00eatre lourdes<\/strong> : d\u00e9sordres structurels sur les b\u00e2timents, mises en danger des habitants, responsabilit\u00e9 juridique des \u00e9lus, et surco\u00fbts importants en cas d\u2019intervention d\u2019urgence.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=\u00a0\u00bbstretch_row\u00a0\u00bb wpex_fixed_bg=\u00a0\u00bbfixed\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1758984938762{background-image: url(https:\/\/eprcf33.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/eprcf-33-expert-carrieres-souterraines-et-falaises-de-Gironde-33.png?id=1421) !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: cover !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Le r\u00f4le d\u2019EPRCF33 : accompagner les communes dans la gestion du risque<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Le Syndicat Mixte EPRCF33 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux. Il regroupe \u00e0 ce jour 33 communes de Gironde concern\u00e9es par les probl\u00e9matiques de carri\u00e8res souterraines et de falaises instables. Son objectif est de mutualiser les moyens, les connaissances et les actions pour :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Diagnostiquer et cartographier les zones \u00e0 risques sur le territoire communal,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Sensibiliser les \u00e9lus et les techniciens \u00e0 la culture du risque,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Aider \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les risques dans les documents d\u2019urbanisme,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Prioriser les interventions de s\u00e9curisation, lorsque cela est n\u00e9cessaire,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Dialoguer avec les services de l\u2019\u00c9tat (DREAL, DDTM, BRGM, etc.) pour am\u00e9liorer la coordination.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette approche collective, les communes peuvent mieux anticiper, s\u00e9curiser et g\u00e9rer les probl\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019urbanisation dans des zones g\u00e9ologiquement sensibles.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Outils disponibles : cartes, diagnostics et zonages<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EPRCF33 met \u00e0 disposition des cartes de zonage et des diagnostics g\u00e9otechniques r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Ces documents permettent de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9limiter les zones \u00e0 al\u00e9as faible, mod\u00e9r\u00e9 ou fort,<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les anciennes carri\u00e8res souterraines connues,&lt;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir les p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres o\u00f9 des \u00e9tudes compl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires,<\/li>\n<li>Encadrer les projets d\u2019urbanisme ou les ventes immobili\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces cartes sont des outils pr\u00e9cieux d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision pour les maires, les services techniques, les am\u00e9nageurs, et m\u00eame les citoyens.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=\u00a0\u00bb62px\u00a0\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=\u00a0\u00bbstretch_row\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1758984977263{background-color: #d9dbb2 !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Un urbanisme responsable pour un territoire s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto;\">Int\u00e9grer les risques li\u00e9s aux carri\u00e8res et aux falaises dans les politiques d\u2019urbanisme est aujourd\u2019hui un enjeu de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique et de durabilit\u00e9 pour les communes de Gironde.
